The Laghu Udyog Bharati Skill Development Centre is a multi-skilling centers.
These Centre's have state of the art labs with spacious classrooms. Equipped with
modern amenities, these centres are the destination of our innovation activities. New
courses, processes, capabilities are piloted in these centres. Established with a vision to
empower India's youth and workforce, our center serves as a bridge between traditional expertise
and modern industrial demands. We take pride in nurturing talent and creating skilled
professionals who contribute to the nation's micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) sector.
Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with modern training infrastructure and staffed by
industry experts who bring real-world experience to the classroom. We offer specialized courses
in various trades including manufacturing, handicrafts, digital skills, and entrepreneurship
development. Our curriculum is designed in consultation with industry leaders to ensure that our
trainees receive practical, market-relevant training.
For the first time, an integrated will offer enterprise development coyrses, vocational guidance and skill development courses for budding enterpreneues in different Sector of industries by directly connecting them with existing enterpreneurs.It will also help new and exisiting businesses develop by providing services such as management training, expert advice, financial and marketing support through various channels.
The EDC will also have “enterprise clinics & MSME facilitation Centre” for struggling firms, which will reduce the number of small businesses falling into a debt trap financed by bank loans.
The centers would offer credit facilitation and syndication, export promotion and supplier inclusion. In the distant future, incentives and loans by the government for the sector will also flow through the EDCs, after determining the capabilities of the firm through set parameters.
EDC will also expand the entrepreneur base by drawing individuals from diverse demographics such as youth, women, scheduled castes and tribes and disabled backgrounds.
